Glory grew up on a farm in rural Oklahoma, where she learned to value hard work and tenacity. She has consistently integrated these qualities into her professional life since entering the workforce at a young age. From that time forward, Glory has gained office experience in a variety of fields including accounting, fine arts, emergency medicine, corporate leasing, website design and franchise marketing support. In each position she has held over the past 20+ years, Glory has retained an aptitude for excellent customer service and attention to detail. Although she has often been called “a jack of all trades,” she takes it as a great compliment, since initiative and diligence are integral parts of every trade.

In her current position as Office Manager at a national franchise company’s corporate office, Glory’s role requires her involvement in multiple areas of business administration. In addition to managing administrative tasks and delegation, she is heavily involved with internal and external marketing at a national level. Glory is able to put her passion for the written word and her keen eye for modern marketing design to good use in areas such as customer service for franchise owners, internal and external marketing campaigns, special event planning, C-suite company-wide communications, and support for national press and social media campaigns. She greatly enjoys sharing her creative ideas and collaborating with her team in implementing result-driven campaigns. Her support of multiple executives, including 2 CEOs, is another role she takes pride in. Whether she is leading her team on a project or working solo, Glory is also adept at finding and delivering solutions to obstacles in the workplace. From department budgeting to office operations, she is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency and decrease waste. To her, being a motivated helper to clients and colleagues is the most fulfilling part of her job.

Glory is open to remote and work from home positions that involve virtual assistance, transcription, professional correspondence, website audits, basic website maintenance (WordPress or ModX), presentation creation (PowerPoint) and image sourcing and creation for websites, blog posts, and social media. Her flexibility, use of modern solutions and experience with working remotely make her a valuable asset to any organization.
